
N.C. Central hung on for quite a while at Indiana on Saturday night, but the Hoosiers were just too strong in the second half.
Freshman Maurice Creek had 29 points including five 3-pointers, leading Indiana to an 81-58 win over the Eagles.
C.J. Wilkerson (pictured) had 22 points to lead NCCU (2-9), which trailed just 36-33 at halftime. Dwayne Sims chipped in 11 points for the Eagles, while Michael Glasker had 10 assists.
Christian Watford added 11 points for Indiana.
The Eagles will stay in the Hoosier State for a visit to Ball State on Monday night.
