The Bulls lost despite a two-run homer from Justin Ruggiano and a solo shot from Alvin Colina.
Jon Adkins (1-4) was the winning pitcher while Mike Ekstrom (3-1) took the loss.
Juan Francisco doubled and singled with two RBI for Louisville, while Zack Cozart chipped in a double and a single with an RBI.
Ruggiano was the only Bull with two hits.
