With final exams in their rear-view mirror, both of N.C. Central’s basketball teams hit the hardwood again tonight.
LeVelle Moton’s men’s team is at home at McLendon-McDougald Gym against Florida Gulf Coast, another team still in its transition period to full membership in NCAA Division I. Both teams are nicknamed Eagles.
NCCU is 2-0 at home this season, but Moton (pictured) will be looking for his first victory against a Division I opponent.
Joli Robinson’s women’s club has a little tougher assignment at UNC Greensboro. The Eagles are still looking for their first victory of the season.
