
Amber White poured in a career-high 29 points to lead N.C. State to an 84-71 win over Creighton and the championship of the Sheraton Raleigh Wolfpack Invitational at Reynolds Coliseum.

The College of Charleston beat Liberty 49-46 in the consolation game.
Marissa Kastanek added 18 points for NCSU (2-0), which also got 13 points from transfer Lakeesa Daniel.
Sarah Nelson had 14 points and 10 rebounds to lead five players in double figures for the Bluejays (1-1).
Kellie Nelson added 12 points for the visitors, followed by Kelsey Woodard and Sam Schuett with 11 each and Carli Tritz with 10.
State shot 51.6 percent from the floor to the visitors’ 40.3. Creighton won the rebound battle 39-36, but committed 19 turnovers to 15 for the Wolfpack.
White, Kastanek, teammate Bonae Holston and Woodard were named to the all-tournament team along with Tonia Gerty of Charleston and Jelena Antic of Liberty.
