NIGHTHAWKS
BLUE BAYOUThis chugging D.C. blues act has been keeping it real with an electric blues drawn from Chicago’s giants. They’ve backed John Hammond as well as Muddy Waters, and although their hot-handed guitarist Jimmy Thackeray left 20 years ago, they never lost their stride, as last year’s fine Blue Moon in Your Eye demonstrates. It’s the musical equivalent of Mom’s cooking. Show starts at 9:30 p.m. Chris Parker
