The 47th annual Historic Oakwood Candlelight Tour® will take place on Saturday and Sunday, December 8 & 9.
One of Raleigh's longest-held holiday traditions invites visitors on an intimate tour of Historic Oakwood residences during the 47th annual Historic Oakwood Candlelight Tour® . Homes featured in the tour date from late-1800’s to mid-1900’s, and range in style from Queen Anne cottages to Neoclassical Revival and Italianate residences. Attendees will witness a mix of holiday décor, either mirroring the home's yesteryears or matching today’s modern lifestyle of the homeowners. Docents at each stop offer insider information such as the home’s unique features, the family lineage and surrounding community.
