The most difficult thing about the Indy‘s annual pets issue is having to choose only a few readers’ stories to print. So we’ve put additional readers’ tales online.

This year, we drew the names of four local shelters and rescue groups out of a fish bowl and asked them to write a story about their “least adoptable” pet. Our hope is that one of you will give one of these pets (or any of their rescue and shelter brethren) a home.
