One of the goals of Hopscotch is to encourage an open, inviting atmosphere in downtown Raleigh from festival start to finish. As such, more than a dozen labels, websites and arts organizations booked their own (mostly free) day parties throughout the city. Those are listed below, as well as Hopscotch’s screening of the Animal Collective film Oddsac and Hopscotch’s Artist & Author Series.
