In our endorsements issue last week, we incorrectly said voters choose two candidates for Wake County’s Soil and Water Conservation District Board. They vote for only one. We suggest that you vote for either the board’s vice chair, Marcia Lieber, or Bill Simmons, a member of the county’s open-space advisory committee.
In the Wake County commissioners’ endorsements, we gave the incorrect districts for incumbents Harold Webb and Betty Lou Ward. Webb represents District 5 and Ward represents District 6. They both are voted on countywide.
