Voters are heading to the polls in Orange County in a variety of local races and to decide on a county school tax, in Wake County for a number of municipal elections and a school board runoff, and in the City of Durham for runoffs and bond referenda. Note that early voting ends on Nov. 5, and Election Day is Nov. 8.
