Office Depot inflated the prices of supplies it sold to the stateto the tune of $300,000 in overchargesaccording to a State Auditor’s report. The overages occurred between July and December 2007. Here’s an excerpt from the document, which also takes the state Division of Purchase and Contract to task for failing to notice the steep charges.
