The Raleigh City Council hasn’t lost faith in developer Ted Reynolds, gogoraleigh reports, even after seven years of futility. Reynolds has been trying to build a high-rise on land the city owns since 2001. The site is across from the Clarion Hotel on Hillsborough and Dawson streets. The N&O says the latest extension, until December, may not be the last.
