KENNY ROBY’S MERCY FILTER
THE POUR HOUSEA Kenny Roby solo show, with a feel smack between that of Ron Sexsmith and John Prine, is compelling enough. But putting Roby in the middle of a full-band ruckus is another animal entirely, with punk roots and gospel shadings allowed to bloom fully like a rock ‘n’ roll moonflower. The Houstons and Tony Tidwell round out the triple-bill. Tickets are $5-$7 for a 10 p.m. show Rick Cornell
