If the woes of the world are leaving you weary, take a deeper look into human spirit at Quintessence, the summer exhibition of the Grace Li Wang Art Gallery. Featuring the works of Wang, Wayne Epperly, and John Faulkner, the exhibition is a journey through the human spirit. The gallery has something for everyone: Celebrate human connections to nature and the divine with Epperly’s color-contrasting imagery; explore golden plains and human bodies in Wang’s “Fields” and “Nude Studies”; and finally, for the art history buffs, view Faulkner’s almost three-dimensional, neo-impressionist paintings based on international study. The exhibit is open now and runs through Sept. 30. Admission is free. Call Wang at 871-5800 or 412-6803 for more info.
