First a film with Albert Finney, then an off-Broadway hit musical, now A Man of No Importance comes to Raleigh courtesy of North Carolina Theater and its annual Kids on Broadway production. Featuring a book by Terrence McNally, music by Stephen Flaherty and lyrics by Lynn Ahrens, A Man of No Importance tells the story of Alfie, a bus driver in 1960s Dublin with a passion for Oscar Wilde and amateur theater.
