HERB YOUNG COMMUNITY CENTERIn celebration of the African-American holiday Kwanzaa, Cary is hosting the 13th Annual Kwanzaa Celebrationan afternoon of performance, beginning with the Fred Motley Dance Group at 11 a.m. and ending with the 20-year-old Fruits of Labor Singing Group at 4:15 p.m. The celebration features keynote speaker Rev.
