BULL CITY HEADQUARTERSLike measuring a good teacher’s worth, calculating the value of Youth Noise Network is impossible. In its fourth year at Duke’s Center for Documentary Studies, the WXDU-based program encourages youth to voice their opinions in audio and visual documentaries. It’s the state’s only bilingual, youth-produced radio show (Sundays, 2 p.m.) A $5-$10 donation includes a fish fry, Language Arts’ lyrical finesse and several teen musicians on the mic from 4-10 p.m. Chris Toenes
