LOCAL 506Greg Bertens thought his band had made it when Film School released its Beggars Banquet debut last year. Then the band was beaten and robbed of a van full of equipment. The band collapsed in the ensuing acrimony. The new lineup features a more muscular rhythm section with plenty of background static and drone tempered by the vocal counterpoint of bassist Lorelei Plotczyk.
