Nestled amidst the hustle and bustle of UNC-Chapel Hill’s campus is a little place I love to play in. Gerrard Hall started as a chapel in 1837 and eventually got remodeled and became an auditorium. Langston Hughes read poetry there in 1931, and it’s the location of a scene from Patch Adams. On this particular day it sat open and empty, ready for some solo stage dancing!
