Sarah P. Duke GardensAnna Halprin is a unique choreographer, utilizing dance and movement as part of therapeutic healing. In celebration of ADF’s 30th anniversary in North Carolina (see complete preview on page 31), Halprin will direct a free special event on Duke campus from 4-6 p.m. that will include a cast of hundreds drawn from the Durham community in her widely acclaimed Planetary Dance (first performed in 1981).
