CHEST PAINS, BLAG’ARD
LOCAL 506Durham three-piece Chest Pains pounds out snarling mid-paced hardcore, recalling the highlights of the early SST Records catalog. Meanwhile, bill sharers Fighting Poseidon and Blag’ard take their respective stabs at the indie rock that made record execs gaga over the Triangle in the ’90s. Blag’ard even boasts singer/guitarist Joe Taylor of the late, great Capsize 7. This will be good, and it’s free. Show up at 10 p.m. Rich Ivey
