In Carrboro, the market is on Saturdays, from 7 a.m. to noon and Wednesdays, 4-7 p.m at Carrboro Town Commons, near the intersection of Weaver and West Main Streets. Visit www.carrborofarmersmarket.com for details.
Durham’s market is Saturdays, 8 a.m.-noon across from Measurement, Inc, (423 Morris St), one block south of the Old Durham Ball Park. Information at www.durhamfarmersmarket.com.
Fearrington Village’s farmers market is Tuesdays, at 4 p.m. Call 542-2121 for details.
The Hillsborough farmers market is located near the intersection of King and Churton Streets and goes from 7:30 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. Information at 732-8315.
The granddaddy of them all–the state farmers market in Raleigh–is at 1201 Agriculture Street (I-40 and Lake Wheeler Road, exit 297). Hours are Monday-Saturday from 5 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 6 pm.
