Construction has forced a move for the Durham Arts Council’s Centerfest Arts Festival, now in its 32nd year in Durham. More than 100 juried visual artists and 25 music and dance performers join on West Main Street near the Liggett & Myers tobacco warehouse buildings Saturday, Oct. 8, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday, Oct. 9, noon-6 p.m. The festival attracts thousands yearly, so visit early and often to be dazzled with art, food, music and a Creative Zone for the kiddies. It’s hard saying no when a donation of only $3 is requested for admission. For more information, call 560-2722 or visit www.centerfest.durhamarts.org.
