Algonquin Books of Chapel Hill and Sugar Hill Records are winding up a six-city tour of song, stories and spirits at The Pour House in Raleigh to celebrate the publication of Best of the South: From the Second Decade of New Stories from the South. The collection features an accompanying CD from Sugar Hill Records; featured musician Scott Miller will perform. Readers include authors Lee Smith, Pam Durban, Jill McCorkle and Thomas McNeely.
