Voters in southern Durham County are heading to the polls for the second time this month, on May 30, to decide a Democratic run-off for the District 29 N.C. House of Representatives seat being vacated by Rep. Paul Miller.
Candidates Sandy Ogburn and Larry D. Hall emerged from a field of five on May 2, with Ogburn pulling 26.1 percent of the vote and Hall 29.8 percent.
The run-off decides this race, as there is no Republican candidate in November.

Early voting ends at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 27.
Absentee ballots must be received by the board of elections by Monday, May 29.
