Thank you, Suzanne Nelson and the Independent, for “A case for cows” (March 5). It clears up a lot of issues surrounding the production of animal products as well as my own decision to return to consuming local dairy, eggs and (occasional) meat, after decades of veganism.
I am happy to support small farmers who are doing things right for the animals and the planet. This is important news. Keep up the good work!
