Through the art and craft of therapeutic massage, I can help you feel more relaxed and peaceful, as well as help relieve discomfort due to illness, physical activity, injury, fatigue or life stress. I earned my professional massage certification in Boulder, Colo., and Im a member of the Association for Bodywork & Massage Professionals. Ive completed more than 750 hours of education, and I continue to study touch-centered therapies for health. Many spas and therapists give you less than 60 minutes on the table. My sessions are 70 minutes so you can enjoy the greatest benefits and deepest relaxation. In addition to my signature 70-minute full-body massage, I offer pregnancy massage and hot stone massage in a beautiful, peaceful and professional setting.
