Rowand art gallery vandalized; personal art collection to be auctioned

Update: The Joe Rowand Art Gallery was vandalized Saturday, Nov. 26, according to a Chapel Hill police report. Two large flower pots were broken, the business’ banner sign was torn and the building was spray painted. Damage is valued at $1,100. No arrests have been made.
