Another cancellation, but actually not tied to House Bill 2 this time: The Sun Ra Arkestra has scratched its appearance at May’s Moogfest in Durham. Festival director Marisa Brickman confirmed the move this afternoon, citing the outfit’s choice to take a European tour instead. Now, if only there were going to be some more jazz at another festival in Durham in May…
