We had the best 15 minutes at the office *ever* today!

It’s National Cat Day, so to celebrate, ride-share service Uber teamed up with local animal shelters across the country to deliver kittens to hard-working professionals to play with, on-demand.

Here’s Raleigh Uber employee Jason, and Darci from the Wake County SPCA, making a special delivery!

Surprise! It’s three kittens.

The white kitten’s name is Chardonnay. He loved playing with toys…

And his friends were fun to cuddle with, although they didn’t have names…

These kitties were also avid INDY readers…

And generally enjoyed romping around our office.

The Wake County SPCA and Uber delivered eight loads of kittens for playtime across Raleigh today, raising $240. One of these guys may even get a new home out of it all. The others still need homes, as do lots of other kittens and puppies and cats and dogs, so if you’re ready to expand your family, consider adopting.

Speaking of dogs, if Uber and the SPCA could drop off a batch of puppies to the INDY office, our lives would be complete!
