Cat’s Cradle to stay put

The Carrboro Board of Alderman uninimously approved the so-called 300 Main Street project Tuesday night, thereby dashing the hopes of Durhamites holding out hope that the Cat’s Cradle would relocate to the Bull City. Palin to appear at ECU

Those of you who gravitate towards vice presidential candidates that are more on the folksy side are in luck; the News & Observer reports that Republican VP nominee, Sarah Palin, will make her first appearance in the Tarheel state next week.
