The ACC has announced its 2013 football schedule, including a total of 22 home games at the three schools in the Triangle.
Duke will have a pair of home games at Wallace Wade Stadium against Triangle rivals, taking on N.C. State on Nov. 9 in the teams’ first meeting since 2009. The Blue Devils will also host N.C. Central in the third Bull City Gridiron Classic on Aug. 31.
State will host UNC at Carter-Finley Stadium on Nov. 2, while the Tar Heels will entertain Duke at Kenan Stadium in the battle for the Victory Bell in their season finale on Nov. 30.
And East Carolina will visit the Triangle twice, visiting the Tar Heels on Sept. 28 and the Wolfpack on Nov. 23.
The Tar Heels’ other home games are against Middle Tennessee on Sept. 7, Miami on Oct. 17, Boston College on Oct. 26, Virginia on Nov. 9 and Old Dominion on Nov. 23.
UNC will open at South Carolina on Aug. 29 and also visit Georgia Tech, Virginia Tech and Pittsburgh.
The Wolfpack’s other home games are against Louisiana Tech in the season opener on Aug. 31, Richmond on Sept. 7, Clemson on Sept. 19, Central Michigan on Sept. 28, Syracuse on Oct. 12 and Maryland on Nov. 30.
State will also visit Wake Forest, Florida State and Boston College.
The Blue Devils’ other home games are against Georgia Tech on Sept. 14, Pittsburgh on Sept. 21, Troy on Sept. 28, Navy on Oct. 12 and Miami on Nov. 16.
Duke will also visit Memphis, Virginia, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest.
