
N.C. Central will continue to look for the first win against a Division I team for first-year coach LeVelle Moton tonight.
The Eagles (2-14) will host Big South member High Point (8-6) at 7 p.m. at McLendon-McDougald Gym.
High Point, coached by Scott Cherry who played for Dean Smith’s NCAA Champions at UNC in 1993, has won all three previous meetings including a 70-58 win at the Mills Center on Dec. 29.
NCCU has lost seven straight games, while High Point has won four straight.
C.J. Wilkerson (pictured) is the Eagles’ leading scorer.
