With a beautiful voice cut from organic simplicity and capable of leaving goose bumps with any crowd, Merritt is ready for the mainstream if the mainstream is ready for Merritt. Meanwhile, Dave Wilson, a member of Merritt’s fine Carbines, leads Chatham County Line, Raleigh’s bluegrass apex.
