Michael Munger, a Duke University political science professor and Libertarian running for governor, conceded the election during a speech at the University Club in Raleigh, but announced that he will run for State Senate District 15 in 2010. That seat is currently held by Republican Neal Hunt, who is running for his re-election bid against Chris Mintz.
