Barack Obama returns to North Carolina this week with a visit to the capital city. He is scheduled to speak in Raleigh, Wednesday, Oct. 29 at Halifax Mall, near the Government Complex, 300 N. Salisbury St. Gates open at 10 a.m., pre-program for the Early Vote for Change Rally starts at 11:15. Tickets are NOT required, but an RSVP is strongly encouraged.
