“An American steakhouse with an Argentinean flair..”

Chef Frank Pirillo and wife Cassie Ramos invite you to bring your celebrations to Metro 8. The restaurant celebrates its first anniversary on the 14th, kicking off a season of special occasions and seasonal parties, personal, romantic, and corporate. Reserve a private room or the enclosed, heated patio for your next event. Metro 8 easily accommodates large groups and boasts a full bar and evolving wine list. Having turned the steakhouse concept into an exciting dining experience, the Pirillos foresee Metro 8 as the area location for private parties.

Last September, Cassie and Frank’s Metro 8 filled the gap between chains and upscale steakhouses, as a mid-range restaurant focused on simple flavors and a relaxed atmosphere, a neighborhood place to enjoy an entire evening or a late-evening meal. Now, seven nights a week, loyal locals and first-time patrons pass through the restaurant’s alcove entrance to experience its unpretentious South Florida elegance. As the evenings progress, area foodies and night owls gather to enjoy new dinner specials, “Wino Wednesdays” with half-price bottles of wine, or the restaurant’s late-night ambiance. General Manager Kelli McLaughlin greets diners warmly, Frank makes an appearance, and Cassie is everywhere, generously offering her expertise on pairing wines with entrees.

Metro 8 serves dinner 5-11pm Sunday-Thursday and until midnight Friday-Saturday. Frank hand-cuts all the meats and insists on the freshest ingredients. All menu items are homemade on the premises, and the vegetarian dishes, chicken and seafood deserve fair consideration; they aren’t on the menu just to take up space. Leave room for one of pastry chef Daniel Pirillo’s reinvented dessert standards, such as tiramisu and chocolate souffle’.

Frank and Cassie enjoy nothing more than a celebration. They invite you to bring your next event to Metro 8 for an exceptional and memorable evening.
