
Red, raised skin and fresh black ink curve behind the ear of Corin Anderson, 37, of Clayton. The subtle lines are in honor of her Siamese cat, Harley, who she had to leave in Canada. “He only liked me,” says Anderson, who was one of the many attending Tattoo Fest as part of Ray Price’s Capital City Bike Fest in Raleigh. The event included contests for people to show off their favorite tattoos and on-site artists for new work.
