The Wake County Public School System will be required to be more transparent about the use of seclusion in restraint as the result of a recent federal lawsuit settlement.

An outside committee consisting of the media coordinator, teachers, parents, and a school counselor will read and research the challenged material and deliberate their findings at a public meeting.
