Raleigh pizza lovers, rejoice: Poole’side Pies began opening for lunch yesterday.

The Raleigh restaurant will be open Wednesday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. It will still keep its usual dinner hours seven days a week.

The restaurant, opened this September by Raleigh badass Ashley Christensen, will offer its full menu as well as some special lunch items like tomato and kale soup. You can also make to-go orders online and via phone.

While Poole’side only serves lunch Wednesday to Friday right now, here’s hoping they’ll consider adding Monday and Tuesday soon. The INDY’s Raleigh office is only a couple of blocks away, after all.
