· Porter vs. Kelly: A woman’s finger is broken during arrest. Settled out of court for $12,500.
· Craig vs. Cleary: A man is beaten with a flashlight and repeatedly pepper-sprayed. Case on appeal.
· Winstead vs. May: A man is beaten with an officer’s flashlight, kneed in the back and pepper-sprayed. Settled out of court for $4,575.
· Jones vs. Penta: A restrained man’s head is shoved into a concrete wall, injuring his jaw. Settled out of court for $13,000.
