N.C. Central returns to McDougald-McLendon Gym in men’s basketball tonight looking to tap into a little home-court magic.

The unfamiliar opponent is Western Illinois of The Summit League, and the game opens a five-game homestand that will be five-sixths of the Eagles’ remaining season.

WIU is 8-13. The contest is the first of a two-season home-and-home agreement.

Eagle coach LeVelle Moton (pictured) continues to look for his first victory over a Division I opponent. The Eagles are 4-2 at home, but all four wins have been against small-college opposition.
