NUMBERS, RAHDUNES
DUKE COFFEEHOUSEDuke Coffeehouse has a busy first semester, and some of their hybrid bills are slightly questionable, even if interesting. This first one is a dream, though: Numbers puts walloping fuzz tones and little magnetic man-woman harmonies atop Motorik rhythms and a primeval rock catharsis. And San Francisco’s glorious RAHDUNES paint rich, textural drones in burnt primaries and mellow pastels, mating menace with mellifluousness in distended, iterative melodies. Rest on Labor Day. With Eberhardt and Nathan Xander. Doors open at 8:30 p.m., and tickets are $7. Grayson Currin
